People-Powered Priorities
Being people-powered means recognizing that city officials work for the residents they serve.
That may sound like common sense, but too often people feel unheard or left out.
I believe the best decisions are made when residents have a seat at the table, not just on Election Day, but every day and that local government is at its best when elected officials listen to residents, understand their concerns and ideas, and thoughtfully consider their input when making decisions that shape our city’s future.
That’s what it means to be transparent, accessible, and accountable.
